2. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data when you provide it directly through the contact form on this site, by email, by phone, via WhatsApp or when you subscribe to our newsletter. The data we may process includes:
- Identification data: full name.
- Contact data: email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Employment data: the company you work for.
- Information about your request: project description, dimensions, products of interest and any other details you choose to include in your message.
FILUPER does not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to handle your request (primary purposes):
- Responding to your requests for information, quotes and technical advice.
- Preparing and following up on quotes, orders, shipments and contracted services.
- Contacting you by email, phone or WhatsApp regarding your request.
- Issuing the corresponding commercial and tax documents when a sale is completed.
We may also use your data for the following secondary purposes, which are not necessary to handle your request:
- Sending you our technical newsletter, product news and promotions.
- Conducting satisfaction surveys and improving our products and services.

4. Transfers and service providers
FILUPER does not sell or rent your personal data. We will only share it without your consent where the law allows, for example when required by a competent authority.
To run this site and communicate with you, we rely on service providers that process data solely on our behalf, such as web hosting (Vercel), content delivery (Cloudflare) and our email service. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or open the Google Maps map, that information is also subject to the privacy policies of Meta and Google, respectively.
5. Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawal of consent
You have the right to know what personal data we hold and how we use it (Access), to request its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification), to ask us to delete it from our records when you believe it is not being used properly (Cancellation) and to object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition). You may also withdraw any consent you have given us.
To exercise any of these rights, email ventas@filuper.com with the subject "ARCO Rights", including:
- Your full name and a way for us to send you our response.
- A copy of an official ID or, if applicable, documents proving legal representation.
- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
- Any document or information that helps us locate your data.
We will respond within 20 business days of receiving your request and, if it is granted, carry it out within the following 15 business days.
7. Changes to this privacy notice
FILUPER may update this privacy notice to reflect changes in the law, in our practices or in the services we offer. Any change will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent data protection authority.
